Booking Policy

All appointments must be scheduled through Acuity, our booking platform.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the final service balance.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after this period will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hrs prior to your appointment without penalty. Rescheduling less than 24hrs prior to appointment may incur an additional fee or loss of deposit.

No-shows will result in a full charge for the scheduled service.

Late Arrival Policy

We allow a grace period of 15 mins for late arrivals. After this period, a late fee may be charged, or the appointment may be canceled.

If the appointment is canceled due to tardiness, the deposit will not be refunded.

Hair Preparation & Requirements

Clients must arrive with clean, detangled, and product-free hair. Additional fees may apply for detangling or washing services if required.

Please ensure that you review our style preparation guidelines before your appointment to help your session go smoothly.

Service Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality service, but please note that results may vary based on hair type, texture, and length.

We do not offer refunds on services once they have been provided. However, if you are unsatisfied, please reach out within 48 hours, and we will work to address any concerns within reasonable limits.

Product Policy

Our business provides Indian hair extensions and other hair products. All hair products are final sale and non-refundable.

If you encounter any issues with products, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

Health & Safety

For the health and safety of our team and other clients, we request that you do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell. Please contact us to reschedule in such cases.

We follow all necessary hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for all clients.

Liability

We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or damages resulting from improper care of styles after the service. We provide aftercare instructions, and it is the client’s responsibility to follow them.

By booking an appointment, you agree to release our team and business from any liability or claims related to the service provided.
